Requirements:

Strong scientific or medical background on nutrition and /or microbiology (able to interpret clinical data, conclude from scientific papers, be competent partner to KOLs, respected by Danone Research scientists).
At least 3 years postgraduate (PhD) and min 5 years working experience, in scientific, agency and/or industry.
Experience in medical education and/or health PR (3 years plus, ideally both)
Sales experience in medical field (possibly).
Clear business-sense thinking, i.e. consumer driven, results oriented, able to read consumer test results (payout, significance levels, etc.).
Strong leadership and drive, good with people (convincing yet diplomatic, listener).
Excellent communication for HCPs and consumer audiences.
 Able to develop a Health Communication vision, share it and persuade, and then able to set it up, lead, execute and monitor.
