Lowongan Kerja HR Director Secretary

Location: Jakarta
HR DIRECTOR SECRETARY 
The Secretary is responsible for:

Helping the HR Director with all his activities
Assist the HR director in maintaining and developing liaisons with other Directors, project partners
Preparing proposals, arrange meeting and overall management of HR Director activities
Maintain, confirm and remind him of his hectic schedules and activities

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and distribute accordingly.
To manage incoming and out going documents, mail and others.
Sometimes go out, meet and represent HR Director to meet his liaisons and partners
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
Arrange meeting, take, type and distribute minutes of meetings.
Handle secretarial work: answer telephones and transfer or take messages; manage the in/out faxing, emails and letters, maintains office records, filing and reference, etc.
Provide translation and interpretation services.
Assist the Director in maintaining liaisons with project partners, preparing reports, proposals.
Provide logistical support for project events and field trips.
Manage and maintain HR Director's schedule.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
Maintain schedules and calendars.
Arrange and confirm appointments.
Set up and maintain filing systems.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications:

Female, from 25 to 30
Proficient in English and understand a little bit of Mandarin.
Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents.
Proven experience in information and communication management.
Required typing speed.
Relevant training or qualification.
Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications - spreadsheets, word processing, and database management.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail.
