Requirements:

Male/Female
Age between 25-30 years old
Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) graduates from reputable university majoring in Psychology, Law, HR Management or equivalent
With min 3 years experience in similiar position and related field
Excellent knowledge in HR procedures and processes, performance appraisal, recruitment, Indonesia labour law and regulation, industrial relation, including expatriate formalities
Able to handlle Staff Insurance, BUMIDA, Payroll, PPH21 & Jamsostek
Computer literate, active in English written and verbal
Good responsibility, highly motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team, well organized and perform multi tasking skill
