The details are mentioned hereunder:

1) Carpenter ( 2 Nos.)

Salary AED 1200 – 1300 per month.

· Know general carpentry works.

· Know-how in fixing of Aluminum doors

· Know-how in adjustment, repairing and fixing of furniture

· Hotel experience and maintenance related experience.

2) AC Mechanic ( 2 Nos.)

Salary AED 1800 – 2000 per month.

· Has Electrical background

· Familiar with Centralized System

· Familiar with the Control System

· Knowledge in BMS

· To avoid:

Ø Experience in split units.

3) General Mechanic ( 2 Nos.)

Salary AED 1800 – 2000 per month.

· Knowledge with the pumps

· Know-how in art welding / tech welding

· Know-how in bracing

· Know-how to troubleshoot

4) Kenfix it ( 1 No.)

Salary AED 1800 – 2000 per month.

· Kenfix IT maintenance tasks – bit of electrical, AC technician, carpentry etc.

· Good operational engineering background

· Preference:

Ø Hotel Background

5) Maintenance Assistant ( 2 Nos.)

Salary AED 800 – 850 per month.

· Technical understanding preferred as an Electrician, Plumber or AC technician

· Spoken English preferred

· Experience in GCC preferred.

6) Security Guards ( 2 Nos.)

Salary AED 1300 per month.

· 5'10 – 6 feet height

· Police / Army / Security experience

· Well built

· Fair knowledge of English & Arabic Language

NOTE:

A) Age should not be more than 40 to 42 years.

B) Young, enthusiastic, interested professionals.
