SALES ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Purpose and Main Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for Sales admin & WH and Logistic activities
Supervise and monitor processing of order from distributor : receive PO, create DR & SO, delivery and invoicing process
Create SOP ( Standard Operation Procedure ) for Sales Admin Section
Monitoring A/R aging and invoice to distributor by formal letter and phone, as a part to support sales team and finance
Monitoring and controlling day by day logistic operation, especially cost ratio of delivery and flow of product
Reporting : Sales Up To & Daily Sales to Japan and inventory & delivery schedule to Sales team
Monitoring distributor's legal document (SIUP, NPWP, PKP,T DP, Akta Notaris)
Communicated, negotiated and maintained with external parties such as expeditor, supplier, etc
Maintain good relationship with all distributors
Report to Marketing & Sales Vice President & up
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor Degree with Accounting background and Proven track record as Sales Administration Manager minimum for 3 years in trading and distributors company
Has ability to handle a diverse range of complex assignments requiring experience, innovation, judgments and initiative.
Excel in a team environment and work independently
Posses strong interpersonal skills, assertive and integrity personality
Must have excellent follow up, leadership, oral/written communication, analytical and problem solving skills
